目的:为了进一步了解吸毒的原因,探讨防止吸毒的措施,加强吸毒的一级预防。方法:作者用自行设计的调查问卷调查324名吸毒者。结果:毒品黑市和高危地点的存在,致瘾性强的药物被滥用、误用是导致吸毒的社会因素。家庭教育的失败和家庭成员之间的不良关系增加了子女走上吸毒之路的可能性;稳定的婚姻对吸毒具有一定的抑制作用。受教育程度与是否容易染上吸毒有一定的相关性;工作流动性越大,该人群的吸毒者越多;逞强心理和好奇心是导致吸毒的重要心理因素;被调查者第一次吸毒、毒品的来源、复吸都与个人交往情况有极其密切的关系;吸毒者的辨别能力与意志力不强。结论:建议加大对种毒、贩毒的打击,对已发现的吸毒人员进行有效的强制戒毒;加强对高危人群、高危地点的干预;加强心理教育;加强家庭的建设等。

Objective: To search more causes of drug abusing, talk about the measures to against drug abusing, strengthen the fist level prevention measures. Methods: We surveyed 324 drug addicts by questionnaires designed by ourselves. Results: The survey shows the following results: the existence of black market of the drug, the high-rise colony and place, the misuse or overuse of addiction drug are the social factors; the family education failure and bad relationship make the family members especially the children have higher possibilities to drug abusing; the stable matrimony can restrain the drugging; the education has some relations with weather they drugged; the more high fluid degree of work, the more people drugged; the psychological traitors of flaunting and curious are important factors resulted in drugging; the private association had very close contact to the following cases, the first drugging, the origin of drug, drugging again after giving up drugging, the willing the drug addicts' power need to be advanced. Conclusion: We should take steps further to against drug abusing, including against the people planting or selling drug; forcing the drug addicts to give up drugging effectively; strengthening the intervention to the high-rise people and place; strengthening the psychological education, strengthening the family building etc.
