目的：探讨老年糖尿病患者药物使用现状，调查服药依从性情况并进行相关因素分析。方法：将2021年1月—2022年12月在我院进行诊治的老年2型糖尿病患者78例作为研究对象，调查所有患者的药物使用情况、人口社会学特征、服药依从性情况并进行相关性分析。结果：78例患者中使用一种降糖药物42例，使用两种降糖药物28例，使用三种及以上降糖药物8例；使用频次：一天1次40例，一天2次18例，一天3次20例。服药依从60例，服药依从性为76.92%。单因素分析显示，不同医保、受教育程度、婚姻状况、收入情况、吸烟人群的服药依从性比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。多元线性回归分析显示，医保、受教育程度、婚姻状况、收入情况、吸烟等为影响老年糖尿病患者服药依从性的重要因素（P<0.05）。结论：老年糖尿病患者的药物使用类型与频次都比较多，服药依从性有待提高，医保、受教育程度、婚姻状况、收入情况、吸烟等可影响老年糖尿病患者的服药依从性。

Objective: To investigate the current situation of drug use in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus, to investigate the compliance of medication and to analyze the related factors. Methods: A total of 78 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. The drug use, demographic sociological characteristics and medication compliance of all patients were investigated and the correlation analysis was carried out. Results: Among the 78 patients, 42 patients used one hypoglycemic drug, 28 patients used two hypoglycemic drugs, and 8 patients used three or more hypoglycemic drugs. Usage frequency: 40 patients were once a day, 18patients were twice a day, 20 patients were three times a day. There were 60 patients of medication compliance, and the medication compliance was 76.92%. Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in medication compliance among different medical insurance, education level, marital status, income status and smoking population(P<0.05). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that medical insurance, education level, marital status, income and smoking were important factors affecting the medication compliance of elderly diabetic patients(P<0.05). Conclusion: There are many types and frequencies of drug use in elderly diabetes patients, and drug compliance needs to be improved. Medical insurance, education, marital status,income, smoking, etc. can affect drug compliance in elderly diabetes patients.
