目的：探讨早期活动护理对接受缓泻药物治疗的妇科术后患者胃肠功能恢复及便秘预防的作用。方法：选取2023年5月—2025年5月期间90例接受缓泻药物治疗的妇科术后患者作为研究对象，依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组45例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施早期活动护理。观察两组胃肠功能恢复指标（首次排气时间、首次排便时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间）、便秘发生率及血清胃动素、胃泌素、P物质水平变化。结果：观察组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间短于对照组，便秘发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组治疗后血清胃动素、胃泌素、P物质水平均较治疗前升高，且观察组升高幅度大于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：早期活动护理能有效促进妇科术后患者胃肠功能恢复，降低便秘发生率，其机制可能与调节胃肠激素水平有关。

Objective: To explore the effect of early activity nursing on the recovery of gastrointestinal function and the prevention of constipation in patients after gynecological surgery treated with laxative drugs. Methods: From May 2023 to May 2025, 90 patients after gynecological surgery treated with laxative drugs were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 45 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given early activity nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The recovery indexes of gastrointestinal function(the first exhaust time, the first defecation time, the recovery time of gastrointestinal function), the incidence of constipation and the changes of serum motilin, gastrin and substance P levels were observed in the two groups. Results: The first exhaust time, the first defecation time and the recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the incidence of constipation was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum motilin, gastrin and substance P in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Early activity nursing can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the incidence of constipation in patients after gynecological surgery. The mechanism may be related to the regulation of gastrointestinal hormone levels.
